As seen in the photos, it's delicious and easy to create a stove top boiled cocoa: 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup milk of your choice (or all milk, all water-your choice-cow, goat, almond, coconut, etc- Milk of some kind makes it creamy); bring to boil; add heaping teaspoon Carob Cocoa tea; lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Strain into mug, add one teaspoon Coconut Oil (optional); let cool a bit and ENJOY! I also use a kitchen whisk, placed between both palms, and rub briskly, creating instant foam. This works well when hot and with milk added. (:
Ps-Carob and chicory create a naturally sweet beverage, depending on taste-so check it out first, prior to adding your own natural sweetener, such as raw honey, maple syrup or some raw, organic sugar. The Coconut Oil adds extra nutrients and is a great option for many nutritional approaches, including paleo, vegan, gluten free, etc. Great way to start or end the day, or for an afternoon treat. Enjoy your day and remember to add beauty, indulging in nature's intelligence. Good for your body, mind and spirit!
